HV Cable Straightening & Relaxing

First Trace Pipe curing systems have developed a standard range of cable heating jackets for straightening and relaxation of high voltage cables for the power utility and renewable energy sectors. The heaters are able to be used on extra high voltage, and high voltage power cables with its primary purpose to straighten the lines prior to connection.

The heating jackets are controlled through a built in PT100 sensor which is wired back to a detachable analogue 0-200C controller, the controller has both power on and heater on neon indication. We also manufacture both heaters and controllers in both 230V and 110V.
