PE Pipe Pre Heating Jackets

First Trace Pipe curing have developed a silicone impregnated heater jacket that is designed to aid in the removal of the peelable layer of a HDPE pipe designed for the water and gas industry. The heater can also be used on pre heating HDPE pipe prior to low temperature welding to avoid cracking or damaged during this process.

We have a family of blankets sizes to suit diameters from 75mm up to 600mm. All heaters are designed with inbuilt over temperature limiters so that and overlapping of the heater will not result in damage to the pipe of the heater jacket.
